Pain Lands How Do You Jump And Then Land Without Pain?

How do you jump and then land without pain? - pain lands

You know, in movies, most of the waterfalls like jumping from one roof to another. But when I jumped a few feet below the ankle it hurts, there is a form of land or a little balance, or what?

You have to compress the legs. If you fall more than 6 meters or less, you also need, as you will roll. In addition, make sure you have good running shoes, an effective support for the landing.

Yes, you should roll by, I get the head and dynamics. The important thing is the pace to be absorbed by the feet and ankles, to obtain.
