Is it normal for the water turn blue when boiling bay scallops? - blue bay resort
I had a package of frozen bay scallops and cook for about 3 minutes. Once completed, the water was not blue (scallops). I ate a little and it seems good, but I am a little worried. Who knows why that happened?
